All purchases are to be prepaid or credit arrangements on file with us. If you do not want to use Papal, you can call or fax your credit card information to us, Fax 204-783-1926 with date, amount, and signature. We accept PO’s from government and approved customers by fax or email firstname.lastname@example.org All taxes will be charged unless you have an exemption number arrangement on file with us.
Most deliveries are next day or we will contact you if it will be longer than two days or for delivery of large items. We don’t show stock levels on our website as we have multiple sources for most products so we have few stock outs but we will let contact you if your order is delayed. Contact us if you are in a rush. With compatible toners and supplies, we use several suppliers so the packaging may look different, but we have worked with each supplier for years and stand behind the products we sell. If there is a packing discrepancy or damaged shipment please contact us immediately, with pictures if possible.
Unopened products may be returned for refund, defective products please contact us or the manufacturer for warranty assistance. In the case of defective compatible supplies please provide a sample print and return the supply to us.
All orders will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse any orders. We ship across Canada and can ship to the USA by arrangement. Free ground shipping in Winnipeg or shipping under 31.5 Kg or 70 lbs across Canada. Over that we will contact you if freight shipping is needed or advisable. We use multiple suppliers and multiple warehouses for most brands to ensure stock is available and will ship from the most efficient location. We will contact you if the shipping will be more than two days.
